Disclaimer
Texas Fire Net partners exclusively with licensed and certified fire protection technicians to perform on-site inspections, maintenance, and certification services. All appointments are scheduled based on the time frame selected by the client during booking.
While every effort is made to ensure punctual arrival and efficient service, unforeseen circumstances—including traffic delays, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts—may occasionally require adjustments. In such cases:
Texas Fire Net will notify the client promptly by email regarding any schedule changes.
A new appointment time will be offered at the earliest available opportunity.
Clients are encouraged to verify access to the service area during the updated time window to avoid additional delays or rescheduling fees.
By booking a service, the client acknowledges that appointment times represent estimated service windows, and that Texas Fire Net’s obligation is to ensure that a licensed local technician completes the requested inspection or maintenance in a timely and professional manner.
Texas Fire Net assumes no liability for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, but will always act in good faith to communicate, reschedule, and complete services as efficiently as possible.
